I've started to drink more and smoke less. Yay Alabama.

OK. Let's enforce these 19 Ridiculous Federal Criminal Laws and Regulations Here is a selection.
Is this supposed to be some sort of gotcha? If a law is on the books then it needs to be repealed or enforced. Those are the options.

Haha shite I thought I smoked a lot and I smoke roughly an Oz a month.
A half ounce a week doesn't seem excessive to me but the OT has decided.

Careful. It'll catch up with you.

I mean...two grams a day is going pretty hard if it's all personal consumption. Not that I haven't done far worse myself.

Uh no, it just makes you look retarded.

Or law enforcement could simply exercise prosecutorial discretion and not apply bad law that's counterproductive as hell.
I'm just amused you think something like prosecutorial discretion doesn't exist.
Enforcing all the laws on the books is impossible and very dangerous as millions of americans would be in prison overnight.
Drug warrior social conservatives like you are simpletons and I can see why Jeff Sessions was your senator.

I'll try to cut down once I'm sure I have the booze-monkey off my back.

If I smoked joints or blunts instead of out of a pipe I'd probably smoke that much too without even realizing it. I'm in the same boat as you though. I worked in tigerland for a few years and hit the bottle extremely hard. Day drink to prepare for dealing with drunk idiots that night. And of course take a plethora of shots while working. Since quitting there my alcohol consumption has plummeted, like a 12 pack a month. MAYBE. I just enjoy smoking so much more than drinking now.

You drug whores make my fifth a night sound reasonable.

And here I am, drinking a half pint to a pint of liquor, a six pack of beer, and a few bowls. I won't go in to occasional extracurriculars.

One of the main problems with testing is that MJ remains schedule 1, preventing any and all private enterprises from having access to marijuana and as such, stifling free enterprise from developing sobriety tests.
De-schedule at a federal level, and I'm sure we'd start seeing better tests with a quickness.

And uh oh, it looks like Trump has already broken this one.

Mike Leach has some pretty strong feelings about Donald Trump.
After befriending him in 2004, the Washington State head football coach keeps a framed, autographed picture of Trump on the wall in his office in Pullman, Wash.

Whatever works for you. I don't miss the hangovers, though.

There are no hangovers if you put Bailey's or honey whiskey in your coffee.

I'd drink a pint and smoke a bowl with ya.
You crack me up on here. Yet you seem pretty educated for a hippie

True. Hair of the dog buzzes are nice.
