Lol, guy was being serious and you guys thought he was trolling.
All he meant was that they prefer the same routine every day and it will mess up their routine/ egg laying routine if you let them out in the yard only during the weekends.
I'm pretty sure by 'sitter' he simply meant someone to come over and let them out in the morning and locked up in the evening.
Now, the living in a bedroom thing is a little out there but hey whatever floats your boat.
