This stuff is just killing us in NW Louisiana, it's going to destroy Caddo and Bistineau, Caddo is just about ruined in the best spots. Can't they hit this thing genetically like they are doing with mosquitos?

It's also in Wallace Lake and portions of Cross Lake. They've experimented with a weevil insect that eats the Salvania but those get killed off in the winter time.

They've done a drawdown on Bistineau to try to fight the Salvania. No such option on Cross with it being the city water supply.
