Yeah...and its all for the same act.

We all know about over-charging in America. Its a bargaining chip for the State.

You push someone over in a chair and you got charged with 5 crimes.

That's America for you. Every act of every crime is in itself a crime.

I agree, but I was just pointing out that the thread made it seem like the sentence was directly related to the hate speech, when I would argue that it has more to do with brandishing the shotgun.
