Depends on how you define intervention, I guess. Knowing how everything must go may sometimes require a "tweaking" of an individual situation. That's far different than actually controlling everything that happens.

You know as well as I do that there are no easy answers to any of this. We cannot pretend to conceive in any way the mind of God. Yet, here we are attempting to do just that.
