Agreed, other than the areas that were around pre-2005. The other areas look like they reused about 20 house plans for the other 2k houses in the town.
Almost forgot Sugar Mill and the one behind the new elementary school. Those two neighborhoods are unique with their alleys and lack of yards.

My wife made the mistake of signing my son up for soccer at that sports complex out there. frick dealing with that traffic trying to get there at 5:30
