In context to what he was talking about, it made sense to me the point he was making. Basically there are all these questions about Trump's ties to Russia (which he has none) and he point out the obvious that Hillary Clinton sold 20% of our uranium stores to Russia. He then made the point that do you know what they do with uranium? If you need me to break it down further, he is saying that it's completely hypocritical of the media to pursue fake news stories of Trump/ Russian ties and completely ignore the bitch that sold the Russians 20% of our uranium.

The question was a basic one about Russian aggression. Presidents including Reagan, Bush, and Obama have fielded these questions, usually with talks of sanctions or diplomatic warnings. Trump went straight to nuclear war.

The Uranium One comment was separate and even more ridiculous. None of the Uranium reserve now owned by Russia is allowed to leave the US. Talking about nuclear weapons and "other bad things" in relation to the deal was just a huge lie.
