Over 80 and only 30 years old. Am I not measuring right? Counted the pulse on my neck for 30 seconds then multiplied by 2. I did just walk up the stairs and into my office though. Are you supposed to wait?

HR at rest at 60 bpm, 59 years old. BUT, I have a CRT-D that pace my heart 100% of the time.
