Actually you are wrong, there are several cases, studies and conditions from well established addiction centers that prove this to be true. it is less how much or how often and more the why and when that determines the alcoholic. That is why the original post is considering the wrong issue.

Are we really still arguing about this? I was just trolling most of this thread. Drinking everyday doesn't make you an alcoholic, but depending on how and why it could be putting you on the path.
and unless you are controlling the rest of your diet it very well could be effecting your health through increased weight gain.
and although I was messing with people in here pretty much this whole thread I still don't understand why somebody with kids would want to drink every night but to each their own. Some people have trouble relzing after work or other stressful situations so it helps. So long as its not effecting your health, weight, or any other part of your life, honestly its fine.
with all that being said, screw all you fat sum a bitchs, ill see yall after lent.
