President Trump signs H.J. Resolution 41 eliminating SEC disclosures.

Eliminating SEC disclosures for energy companies.

This puts American energy companies on the same competitive footing as foreign energy companies. Under the previous regulations it meant that competitors knew your next step. They knew your plans and could plan accordingly and out maneuver US energy companies on business contracts.

This is a good move by congress and Trump.
