Chase Reserve is the best; you can still get the 100k point bonus if you apply in person at a Chase branch (through March 13).
3x points on travel and dining purchases
$450 annual fee but they credit back $300 in travel per year; so it's essentially $150
The 100k bonus points is worth at least $1000 and if you eat out regularly, you're racking up more at a great pace. This is the best travel card available right now, period.

For all the reasons above. You also get a $100 statement credit for TSA pre-check or Global Entry every 4 years.
