Yep. Trump is heavily in debt to Russian affiliated interests. You tools were conned into voting for a guy who is selling us all out to the Russkies because of his reckless business practices. Trump will make Nixon look like Jesus ****ing Christ.

And your proof is....?

Well, we know Bill and Hillary sold us out to the CHICOMs and developed a billionaire lifestyle selling influence since. So, at least this is a different group of corrupt assholes doing it this time.

So, that's a positive, right?

I think the real issue here is not that Flynn talked with Russians, but that he lied about it.

And to whom? The President and Vice President?

And then he was fired for the lying right?

Trying real hard to find the scandal here. If it's Logan Act, prosecute the sumbitch.

The Logan Act has essentially never been used and would almost certainly not withstand constitutional scrutiny.

Thats my point. What more do you want? Do you want Flynn buried beneath the jail? Thats about all that is left to do.

Good thing they've dropped it with Clinton then.

Look, say that James Jones was found to have been on the phone in with representatives from another country in November of 2008 discussing (at best) or negotiating (at worst) about sanctions in a way that was flatly at odds with policy made by the Bush administration in response to meddling in the 2008 election that had benefited the Democrats.

If can honestly tell me that you wouldn't have been upset, then I guess you're a more level headed poster than the majority on this board. Because the amount of cognitive dissonance and spinning that has happened on this issue is crazy.

One example that I fundamentally don't understand:

Many (including lots of posters here) are saying that Flynn had to resign because he lied to his boss. Great. But what did he lie to his boss about? Well, according to this whole fiasco, he lied about when he said he hadn't discussed sanctions with Russia. Ergo, confirming that he lied to his boss means, implicitly, that he has admitted to talking with the Russians about the sanctions when he was not a sworn in member of the presidential administration. That's highly unethical at best. So is that hunky-dory with everybody here? Because sure seems like it is.

Their rationale for his resignation was that he lied, and it ends there. All I'm saying is that the scrutiny (not to mention perceived evil conspiracy) would extend a thousand fold if this happened in Obama's administration. And I think that the hypocrisy is entertaining.

???

(Super exaggerated analogy for sake of clarity follows)

"I'm not divorcing you because you called a hitman in an attempt to have me murdered so that you could get my inheritance money; no, I'm divorcing you because you lied about it."

I'd nominate Navytiger for the position, but he'd likely post national security secrets on here.
Don't joke like that.

The best look for Trump in all of this is pure incompetence in appointing a highly questionable advisor previously fired by Obama. The worst is a lot worse.

Wrong about Orgeron AND Trump.

What a shitty poster.
