Daredevil with Affleck was terrible - that's the truth

You don't give the reigns to a movie starring the Hulk to someone who has it in him to make Brokeback Mountain.

I think Thor 2 is the worst of the MCU movies. Just couldn't choose what it wanted to be

Thor 2 was better than Thor 1

Thor The Dark World is without a doubt the least likable Marvel Universe film.
It wasn't unwatchable or terrible, just the least memorable and "meh" one.

A lot of Marvel Movies sucked. Both Hulks, Thor 2, Avengers 2, Iron Man 2.

Agreed. The only ones I really like are GOTG and the Capt America sequels. The rest are forgettable films.

I liked Ant-Man and Dr. Strange because I'm getting sick of the others to be honest. Time to pass the torch.

Bana captures certain elements of the title character better than anyone - including Ruffalo - the scene where he describes how he feels as the Hulk is great cinema.
+1!!!

I prefer the first Thor because it worked as a 'fish out of water' superhero story for me. And the fighting between the two brothers was good.
Thor 2 was part High Fantasy, part SciFi and part superhero flick and I don't think it ever came together that well. I actually really like parts of Thor 2, but it just doesn't work together as a movie for me.

My problem with Thor 1 is he spent most of the movie without his powers.

I don't understand how the Hulk cannot be the protagonist of a film if he's the protagonist of multiple comic book series. It just may not be as easy to shoehorn him into the typical Marvel movie formula.

Cap 1 sucked.

Iron Man 3 was probably the most interesting MCU movie so far. It wasn't great and it didn't accomplish what Shane Black was trying to do, but it was different.
Cap 1 sucked. The Thor movies suck.
i don't think i've ever agreed* with you on any ever before. have your first upvote.
*Cap 1 was mediocre, but didn't suck to me. best love story in any of the marvel movies.

When they started doing the X-Men movies back in the 90's Marvel released the Ultimate X-Men line of comic books, which rebooted the comic series and more or less followed along the storylines of the movies, with a lot of extra stuff thrown in. It was legitimately awesome. Marvel did the same thing with Spider Man with the Ultimate Spider Man series, which followed along with the Sam Raimi movies, and was also awesome. They then decided to reboot the Avengers, although they didn't call it Ultimate Avengers, but rather just Ultimates. The first book in that series is absolutely amazing and I was really, really hoping that when they finally got around to making Avengers, the movie, that they would use that same plot, but alas, they only used part of it.
:Spoiler alert:
In Ultimates Vol 1, the government has been working to recreate the super soldier serum which created Captain America back in World War 2, as both Cap and the serum were lost during the war. As in the movie, Cap is eventually located after many decades and is returned to government service. Meanwhile, Bruce Banner, who is part of the effort to recreate the serum, is a weak, weedy, nerdy (and honestly unlikeable) scientist who idolizes Captain America. He synthesizes a serum which he believes will make him a hero like Cap, but of course we all know what happens. However, the difference between the movie and the comic series is that in the comic the Hulk is the bad guy, which is actually a more believable way to use the character. When Banner hulks out he is completely terrifying, even going so far as to eat people unfortunate enough to be caught by him. There is no, "Hey, we have to stop him so we can convince him to work for us," rather, it is more, "Hey, we have to stop him or he is literally going to destroy the entire city." As in the movie, the Avengers are assembled under the aegis of SHIELD to deal with the threat, and it takes all of them to finally put a stop to the Hulk's rampage.
The Captain America in the Avengers movies is kind of useless. He's not nearly as fast or strong as most of the other members of the team. The Cap of Ultimates is a true powerhouse, however, and is the only character on the team capable of going toe-to-toe with the Hulk. I wish they had taken the same direction with the movie Captain.

The angrier he gets the tougher and stronger. Also radiation empowers him.
Hulk also is more than just the usual savage hulk.
There's:
Savage
Joe Fix-it
Professor
Devil
Maestro (hulk's future dictator self)
War
All locked in Bruce banners head.

Which one is the grey hulk?

The Benny Hill ending in Thor 2 was almost as stupid as the dance off in GOTG.
