Wireless Security Cameras

Looking to add some security to my house. I want some cameras that run off of wifi, store video to a cloud or server, and are wireless. Any recommendations.

Canary Flex. Is that what you mean? The batteries don't last forever though.

I can plug them in, I just do not want to be running wires to connect them to each other or some sort of hub for it to work

Canary Flex should work just fine then. I have 2 of the regular Canary stations and love them. Can monitor them from my iphone. If I had more disposable income, I'd probably get the Canary Flex for my front door/driveway area as well.

I'm sure I will get obliterated with down-votes, but the Nest Cam does all of that and is very simple to set up and use.

If you are going that route, if it's for outside get the new Ring Camera with floodlights attached. It's cheaper per month. They have inside cameras too.

I use Blink. Can add up to 10 cameras and each camera has a year+ of battery life. 1080P, up to 30 seconds recording after motion which is then stored online, and can mount them just about anywhere. They haven't released their "outdoors" version yet, but I've been using mine outdoors for over a year with no problem (under the edge of the roof)

Wireless and security don't go together in the camera world yet. Great to see your kids or dog but not to protect your property. Also you can get a good wired camera system cheap these days.
