from what i can gather there was some sort of altercation, homeboy "goes to his bag", and he restrained by 2 big ole white baws... guess thinking he was going for a weapon. EBRSO called to sort it out

I love when guys throw out the "I'm a veteran" line, like that suddenly gives them a free pass to do whatever the frick they want, or makes them less suspicious.
