Jamarcus and Luck were RS JRs.
Essentially 3 year starters. The only difference between them and a senior is an deaignation freshman year.

No shot Bradford is a miss if Tannehill is a hit. And what is your definition of "miss"? Bradford isn't a top 10 NFL QB, but he isn't the worst in the NFL by far.
