You don't bench that much and not work your biceps and shoulders which guess what

We worked plenty on biceps and shoulders. Our strength coaches made us hate doing curls or any bicep workout because the ones they had us do were torture.

We also had to do a plate circuit for shoulders that was torture as well.

I didn't have the biggest visible arms but I was still able to put up the numbers I listed. Also if you saw my before and after pics it would be impressive. I came in at 155.

Can you please tell the WR that played high D-1 football more about what it takes to be a WR?
