It's a valid argument when they are arguing using the "what about the women and the children?!?" talking point.

See my previous post. They want to "help", but not so much that they will actually do anything about it. They want other people to do it for them, but also want people to think they are great because they "care".

Let me find me a hammer cause you got the nail. The thing about protests, they guarantee absolutely nothing with their intent. Money, opening up your home, volunteering to help out in whatever manner, those are tangible things that have an effect on the intent.
