I mean, how do you have legal weed when 2/3rds of the process(growing and distribution) are illegal. It doesn't make sense and it's not what we have in WA state where the entire industry is legal.

What about the 1/3rd drivers testing positive for pot while driving?

You do understand if pot were to become illegal, "Growing and distribution" would be HEAVILY regulated, making the black market more economical. Let's not pretend big government isn't going to step in and heavily regulate this. Hell, most potheads want government to "tax the shite out of it" to somehow solve our economic problems, yet they don't see any blowback? Foolish.
