I think your foolish to believe everyone will just grow their own pot as opposed to buying it. Especially in America where people are lazy. Yes there will be some, but it will not be the majority. People can legally make their own beer, but the overwhelming majority would rather buy it. Not saying that is completely apples to apples, but it's in the neighborhood.
