Spurs up 5 vs. Miami with 28.5 seconds to go in game 6 of the 2013 NBA Finals has to be up there.

This is a good example too, but like with the Warriors blowing it vs the Cavs, Seahakws choking vs Pats, Yankees vs Red Sox in 04 etc. All of those teams had won a championship recently. The Falcons empty trophy case and years of heartbreak really puts this one over the top
