I call bullshite on this "New Orleans doesnt have ethnic food" argument.

Maybe you should try leaving NOLA sometime

NOLA has a decent to above average variety of ethnic food but it just can't compete with much larger cities that have a much better variety.

You got me man, I have never left the 504. I'll try that and come back to comment. But why leave New Orleans when an Israeli restaurant in New Orleans won Best New American restaurant this year, there is killer Korean, amazing Vietnamese of all varieties, and a special yellow menu at Jungs? Not to mention Ethipioan, Indian, Thai, Japanese, Italian, etc... New Orleans has ethnic food, maybe not enough by some metric but it does have ethnic.

But travel, that sounds like a good idea.

On this board, ethnic variety is a plus. But for my part, given a choice between having all the ethnic options or just N'Awlins, I'll take N'Awlins all day every day.
