I googled it, their first ad was rejected. It had walls blocking immigrants from applying for jobs and Fox said no. Hope these ads cause their sales to plummet

Watched the ending. There are random cutaways to a construction crew building something, but you can't see what. Mom and daughter get to a wall and look depressed, then they see a door made of wood and push it open to walk in. Tag line, "The will to work is always welcome here"
