You'd be wrong. Sorry for bursting your bubble.

There is as likely chance this is true as you are a research epidemiologist.

Ha! I woke up feisty this morning!

The words to describe me are arrogant, cocky and judgmental.
Miserly isn't one of them.
Miserly isn't one of them.

Those legal organizations are built to file law suit after lawsuit. They are used to not winning so breaking their will is not easy.

No, I'm saying that it was written in such a way to specifically target a specific religion in these 7 countries and bar them from entry, in direct opposition to the INA of 1968.
OK. For now, let's leave out the issue of whether these were the right 7 countries. I could argue that KSA and several others should be on it, but that is not important to this discussion. The issue here is whether Muslims in any country should be targeted. Fair enough?
Now, if Muslims in any given country are the most likely (and probably exclusively likely) to be the "victims" in the brainwashing I describe above, then is it not reasonable to say these should be excluded? Leave out whether Islam is a religion and we should not discriminate on religious grounds. This religion is what makes them the class that will be radicalized, but what if it was some other characteristic that had nothing to do with religion. What if it was because they had specialized education in some science that was beneficial to bomb-making? Would it be reasonable to target people who had that same education?
I get your issue that it doesn't seem "fair" to target Muslims. Instinctively, I feel the same way. LOGICALLY, though, this is a demographic that leads to the terror problem, and there should be a way to acknowledge and act on that.

Then in the course of your broad base of charity activities, clearly you've met some liberals.
It couldn't be that you haven't done any charity work that you think liberals are incapable of it, can it?

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is the most liberal in the country. No way they overturn this Seattle judge's decision. EVEN IF Gorsuch gets on SCOTUS in time, Kennedy isn't going to let it fly either. Any more time spent dwelling on this is time that would be better spent with something else more productive towards MAGA. I suggest something related to conservative free speech for maximum lib melt.
LSUTigersVCURams, I think you're just a poor misguided conservative that's just used to loosing. Perhaps your a libtard pretending to be RIGHTeous spouting defeat in an effort to destroy our confidence!
If we give up they win and will believe that they are correct that we are anti Muslim. They will fight 5 times harder! This is not a Muslim ban.
We need to fight and win and demoralized them! Soon the libtards of the State of Washington will say "Any more time (and money) spent dwelling on this is time (and money) that would be better spent with something else..." we can do more than one thing at a time, we have a minimum of four years, and half the money we are spending to defeat them is theirs!
We can only MAGA if we keep winning. And they picked a looser to fight!

You forgot a-hole. Really tho, you get way too emotional on any subject involving blacks, muslims, or mexicans.

Well you would have to combine it with foundation reform. Been a long time since the ACLU was even handed and they are overdue for rattling. But I don't believe that state attorney generals are prepared to file suit after suit. These are government employees after all. They will only work so hard.

ACLU is a non profit funded by a foundation. If the IRS can go after the tea party and "true the vote" then it can go after the ACLU. What's good for the goose...

I support that. I just don't think the federal government should force it. Donating can still happen without taxing us all beyond reason.

I wouldn't let close to 319 million Americans live with me. What's your point?

It's a dipping toes in the water ban of the group. Even Trump knows an EO that says "No Muslims forever from anywhere" doesn't stand up in court.

Only a matter of time before concentration camps start popping up amiright? All the blacks better be ready to be deported to Africa as well. Its gonna be crazy when roe vs wade gets overturned and I can't imagine how people will react when homosexuality is made illegal. Prob won't be for 3 years or so, but its all going to happen right?

So my foundation reform you mean wrongly targeting them by IRS for an audit? Having the IRS audit the ACLU isn't really reforming anything.

"A bit more"
LOL. How much more? $10, $100, $1000,$5000? Where does the rubber meet the road on what you are willing to pay?
You could just go over to Moreland Ave and take 2-4 homeless people and let them move in with you. You can feed, clothe, and shelter them. I am assuming you haven't done that. Why not?
Please let me know when you do. Since I work everyday inside the perimeter, I will come by and check it out and then attest on this board that you are one dude who puts his money where his mouth is. Until that time, STFU.
