How many of you guys play this? If you do, what's your longest W streak? Strategies?

For me, an insignificant W11 is the best I've done.

Had 17 winning streak once. I tend to get greedy and pick ridiculous Russian hockey picks.

Best I've done is 25 (really, not bullshitting you).

My strategy is that no matter how tempting, no more than 2 a day

Yeah I love this game. It's simple and great. I have a personal group with four of my friends and we pay out $10 to the one with the longest streak and $5 to the one with the most overall wins each month.

I've been playing since 2011, I think. I've had a W14 three separate times, never been able to break the hump for 15. My overall record is 4795-4108-48 (.539). I've had two L10+, longest being an L11.

I just like making picks. I'm not going to hesitate and get choosy until I have a W10+ or if it's late at night and I have a streak of more than 2-3 and the only prop left is NHL or baseball or some other particular coin toss.

i used to play, and had a 25 going, and lost on soccer.

team got 2 Pk's in extra time to cost me the game( i had win, other was win or tie).

worst part, the last PK came 3 minutes after game should of been over, the ref just kept playing for the tie.

27 won it that month, and i went 11-0 after that game.

Nope, winner that month had 33

After that, my next highest is "only" 17

Don't have a long longest streak, but I was monthly leader going into the last day of the week like six or seve years ago and I choked on the final day.
Hadn't played in like four or five years but picked it up again when they did a daily challenge on I think Christmas or new year's eve.

I've played since 2015. Longest is a W16.
I start out the month trying to go for most wins and once I feel I'm too far off the pace, then I go for longest streak. I got 2nd place in monthly wins one month. Unfortunately there is no consolation prize

Haven't played in forever. Highest streak was a W16 or so. It was a blast yet incredibly frustrating

Strategies

Longest streak:
Pick things you know
Look at odds, not at pick percentages that show on prop
Never pick hockey if you have a W5 or higher
It's ok to go a day without picking, as hard as it is
Don't pick in-game props unless it's an obvious W

Most wins:
Pick mostly favorites
Pick in every window
Learn to forfeit. (Best monthly players will forfeit with W6 or W7's to make sure they get a win somewhere)

Longest streak - Kinda simple. In order to be in contention (W25+, likely ~W30), you have to be bulletproof on props that skew towards heavier favorites.

Most wins - You're defined by how you do in the coin flip props where there is no real favorite on either side.

Been playing for a while, not as much as I used to. Best is W13, happened during February. I tend to pick the home team in college basketball if I like the matchup

When would this contest ever offer a -500 CBB favorite?

Pretty much the games they select are coin flips.

They do now all the time.
They just had golden state at home again to the hornets. And I imagine that line was in that range.

They have to try to bait the long streakers

Yep, the worst is when you get to like W10 and start over thinking things. "I know the Spurs are 40 point favorites over this high school team, but Streak must know something I dont..." type stuff

W14 was my longest then I choked on a Pitt v Georgetown prop when I was near the top of the leaderboard.
