unlike a number of other oil-excavating states, receives no revenues for most of the oil extracted just off its shores;
1. I don't think Tennessee gets any royalties for their offshore oil.
2. Why should any state receive royalties for oil harvested from the federally owned GOM?

Yeah, I got no response to what I posted about this. I guess it's one of those Louisiana things ... blame the federal government for treating Louisiana differently and causing our problems.
