Bottom line is we screwed up. He has every right to be pissed. It's our mistake and I dont blame him not one bit. We can do better than that. Sorry I only left the store number but I'm not quite comfortable with putting my cell# online.

At this point, do you think he didn't have the store number?
I noticed a few weeks ago that Jims seemed to have bumped up their TV ads. There's at least 2 approaches to business... Keep those you got happy, or go get some new ones to piss off. No doubt what's going on here.
