Absolutely... no way you deserve something like that, I'd demand a new one and I'm not one to really fight with customer service.

No way.. there's no telling what could happen down the road as a result of this and once they 'fix' it you can forget about them taking the blame if something else happens down the line

Exaactly, there will most likely be problems with that bike somewhere down the line.

I would only except a new bike or my money back. Not a damn thing else.

That water is on them.
