Square Enix and Marvel Entertainment have partnered to create multiple games based on The Avengers franchise, the companies announced today. A debut teaser for the project can be seen above.
The teaser is short, but shows obvious hints of heroes like Captain America and Iron Man. Their mission, it seems, is to not just assemble — but reassemble.
That’s the slogan of this multi-game partnership, based on Square Enix and Marvel’s announcement.

OH
MY
GOD!!!!
Marvel is slowly turning this DC Fanboy into a bigger Marvel fanboy, they are on point to the extreme lately.
I think their 2nd gen heroes are going to be what does it for me 100%, I like GotG and Dr. Strange 50 times more than Cap or Iron Man.
SOOOO Excited about his, holy cow!!

That's definitely really cool and the two developers on it are really solid as well.
Just hate this part:
Here's this cool thing we're doing, but you won't know more about it until about 11 more months

Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Montreal are leading development on the new series of The Avengers games. Those studios are best known for action-adventure franchises like Tomb Raider and Thief, as well as the Deus Ex games.

Sorry, hit enter - eh, I don't know if I would consider that 2 developers as both of them are under the umbrella of Eidos and Square.
This feels more like Eidos saying "we need our best on this project since it's Marvel" - and hand picking their best from Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Montreal to build this game... and least that's what I"m hoping. As both of those studios have been the best of the best lately

Sucks that it will push back (or lessen the quality of) the next Deus Ex. It's lost some of its magic since the original (maybe my all time favorite game), but I still enjoy the series.

Incredibly pumped about this. This has the potential to create some of the best superhero games ever.

It will be released just after the Final Fantasy VII remake.

Are we finally going to get the successor to Ultimate Alliace, one of the greatest party games of all time?

Better not be a damn top down game.
Loved MUA but I want a real game.
