Congress needs to pass a "Establish Faith in Federal Elections" law. = Purge all voter registration roles = archive them for future reference = Establish ID requirements for all federal elections = Provide photo ID with fingerprint during re-registration process = sign in to vote by showing ID and/or fingerprint.
