I've had it once at a restaurant in Lafayette. It's really good but also very rich. You can't eat a lot of them like one could pork skins.

I haven't but man, that part is so freaking good. When I get fried chicken, I pull off the skin and roll it up, like you would with a big slice of salami or something.
Not sure I could handle that much for an entire meal but what I didn't eat, I'd sure save for later.
