Same thing was said about the Panthers last year. 
Not to mention the 2015 Panthers were much better overall compared to the Falcons. When they lose in two weeks it's back to the bottom.

The panthers downfall was tied to Cam Newton being the terrible passer that he is. He had a career year in their SB. Not to mention they loss Josh norman and a few other key pieces on D, kuechly w the concussions etc
Falcons aren't built for regression. They are actually in a position to fine tune a few positions to make them even better
