Like that's ever worked, or ever could.

I'd start with jacking the penalties for distribution up, way up. Over a certain threshold, death.

After all, they're peddling death.

I would just start randomly testing everyone in the drug force in this country. One positive test and we string you up in the town square. This menace needs to be eradicated one way or the other.

In Alabama one of our biggest problems is pain pill addiction... So let's just start offing doctors!
