Seriously though, Trump explained what "America first" means in detail on multiple occasions.
It does not mean "America only".
It does not mean "America isolated".
It does mean other first world countries will no longer be able to live off of America's coat tails free of charge.

Pretty much the same thing. And they're pretty effective because they leave the context up to the consumer of the message. Each potential voter can apply it to their own personal situation and biases.
