Started having stomach pains in August. Ignored them until mid September then the pain was wrapped around to my back. Went to doctor and was diagnosed with gastritis and given Nexium. Back kept getting worse and I insisted on a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Had both and they came back clear, tests were done on Thursday. On Saturday had my first BM and it was white (sorry for the gross details). Monday noticed jaundice beginning and called my doctor. He ordered blood work and my liver enzymes were bouncing all over the place. Bile ducts had been blocked by the tumor resulting in liver issues. Was diagnosed within the week.

What was the original prognosis and life expectancy given to you, if you don't mind me asking?
