Anyone else living in a FEMA MHU that received a "notice of intent to lien" from a plubming subcontractor?

need a little more info than that...

You can do that until you get paid. Contractor just protecting themselves. You also have a 30 day window to do it.

It says for plumbing work done on the MHU, ummm, wouldn't that be FEMA's deal though?

I'm sure they'll send it to proper address too. You also have to file it with the city.

You as in Me? I'll just forward it to Graves, give him another thing to jump in their butt about.

So, what you're saying is a plumbing company has put a lien on your FEMA trailer?

I'm sorry yall. I am staying in a FEMA MHU while my house is being renovated. This intent to lien is addressed to "FEMA Recepient" and states I have 10 days to act.

Swamp draining already? Or is this just standard FEMA?

How to get to be an approved FEMA plumber? $1,700 to hook up a travel trailer. That's OT baller money

Hey now this thing is 3BR 2 BA, they forgot to put freon in the AC, doors wont shut, i leaned on the sink with my fat arse brushing my teeth and ripped the sink out the wall. This thing is straight pimp!

Sounds like a plumber is going after the notifying the wrong people. And that guy's signature looks weird, like he forgot how to spell his name.
Interesting to see how this plays out.
