I added this to my previous post but I'll put it here as well.
The only way that you can argue that the ACA has been a success is if you believe that redistributing wealth through the expansion of Medicaid via higher insurance premiums and taxes for the middle class and above is something to strive for.
That is not something that I, nor the majority of Americans, believe.
