False. Black votes for Trump were up 2% compared to 2012 while whites were only up 1%. The dirty secret is it was minorities that got Trump elected.

He did ok with minorities, but I doubt it was blacks who put him over the top in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
