Of course not. But this criticism is garbage. He's not "all talk". That's the issue.

You are free to criticize. It is protected by the Constitution.

He is free to respond to the criticism, if he so chooses.
As long as he doesn't fight back like the Democrats...

examples...

Getting FBI files on your political enemies
Using the IRS to target political opponents
etc

and just sticks to calling them out on twitter then I don't care
