convert youtube to mp3 and trim

need to convert youtube songs to mp3 and trim them to 30-45 sec clips for walk up songs in baseball. is there a good free program to use?

I'll have to look what I have on my laptop when I get home, but google flv 2 mp3. That will convert the youtube video to mp3 so you can download it. Shouldn't be hard to find a mp3 editor.

People have been sued over this sort of thing before. Just something to consider.
