His teams do not play as a team.. He's not a good motivator.. Skills and fundamentals are 1/2 of what you need as a coach, but he lacks leadership and chemistry with his teams..

Unfortunately, yes you are. Due to the implosion last year that IMHO was building steadily as the lack of accountability started to come back to roost on CJJ...the program under Johnny has reached IMHO a point of no return. I just don't think you can get that respect back once it is lost to this degree.

Seriously, it's inevitable so this season should be his last. End the pain now. I was never under any illusion about his coaching prowess but I didn't expect it to be this bad.
