Headed to Park City next month. Flying in to SLC.
What are my best options?
We are landing at 11:30pm. I would like to head up to Park City that night

Thought about that. Kind of worried about getting there late and driving in storm of that happens.

Rental car is the way to go.
It's an easy 30 minute drive.
All interstate with no tough turns, elevation changes, etc.

Tons of shuttles - hit the web. If you stay in PC or DV don't rent a car unless you're on the main drags.

Rental car because you can go to Alta, Brighton, Snow Basin other resorts all within about an hour drive, if you don't plan to leave the PC area, get a shuttle, PC has a great city bus schedule and it will take you anywhere in PC

Used a shuttle service which was very easy.

Thanks for all the replies.
I have always taken a shuttle, but was curious since I will be landing at 11:30pm
Not planning on skiing any other resorts other tnan PC and Canyons. We are staying at the Sundial in Canyons Village.
I have skied DV a couple times and really enjoy it, but I bought an Epic pass this year and I'm just sticking to Epic resorts

Well there is a little elevation going up Parley's summit, but yeah rental car is the way to go. On site at airport, at Kimball Junction in 28 minutes usually (have condo there). Plus gives you freedom to explore.
Interstate all way, roads get cleared stat unless blizzard is literally happening at that time

OK be careful if you rent a car (like I suggest). Enterprise for example closes at Midnight. I have switched to AVIS which I believe is 24 hours.

So when I went to look at rentals. It seems like it would cost me 900-1100 for a rental for the time I need it. Whereas I can do a private shuttle for about 400-500 round trip.
We aren't going anywhere else other than Canyons or Park City. May ski DV one day, but is can go there as well
I guess if rentals are that expensive then my choice is easier

Uber. It's not too expensive.

I'm landing at SLC at 1130pm this Thursday. I have a full-size rental from Avis. It wa $145 for 4 days thru Costco. I booked a place in the cottonwood heights area near the base of big canyon. Plan to go to Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude.
I just need to determine if driving to car to the resort or driving to the park and ride lots and hopping in the bus.
