So, by your calculus, being a "reality TV celebrity" in recent years totally, and completely invalidates his success and failures in his life prior to this moment?
Being aware of his history, and then still asking this inane question in a second thread, shows a bit of selective thinking.

Where did I say that? That's literally the opposite of my point. I'm pointing out the hypocrisy in the post I responded to.

Make no mistake about it, Donald Trump has been a "celebrity" for decades. He certainly fits this description:
