I was trying to access the router by searching its IP address. I couldn't get it to load a page for the router. I was using what i thought was the general belkin ip address. What am i doing wrong?

Set a static ip on the LAN interface. Your primary router might be 192.168.1.254 so set the access point to 192.168.1.253
