He was a good OC when he coached under Pete Carroll or Nick Saban. He's been a disaster everywhere else he's been.

Yep, multiple national champion ships at Bama and has them playing for another next week. How's that not a good note? He didn't leave, Saban just wanted to do this to shore up his own lttle man issues.
