The round I was thinking of is one of my favorites: Federal Premium loaded with the 165 Sierra Game Kings are awesome
In addition, I'm generally a big proponent of the solid copper rounds, specifically the Hornady GMX and Barnes TSX. Hopefully Freedom Group doesn't ruin Barnes like they did everything else
I'd be very comfortable hunting with any of those 3.

Yea I had read about the game kings a bit and also just ran across hornady precision hunter. Have you ever looked at those?
Question about the tsx...on the hog hammer rounds it's says "hog tuned Barnes". Are all the tsx the same or did they change it up on this round? Marketing crap or really tuned.
The stock is the sole reason I went with a rem 700. I like Magpuls polymer and just loved the look of this stock vs any of the other "precision" type stocks. Kinda heavy setup so I wouldn't stalk with it but in a box stand it should be fun.
