Need one of them. We need somebody with this skill set to create mismatches on LBs and safeties. Maybe Derrick Dillon can fill that role next year.

I hope so. Kavontae Turpin was tearing it up for TCU this year until he got hurt. LSU really didn't have room for Turpin because Donte Jackson & Dillon were similar players. Amik reminds me a lot of Turpin.

Not exactly, but Amik Robertson is an outstanding talent. I do think Thomas showed everyone he is on a different level than most in that game.
It does show that the little guys can contribute a lot, and Amik is also a dynamic player who is worth a scholarship.

First highlights I've seen on the guy. No way does he deserve the praise he gets on here. There's a reason he's got the offers he's gotten. No way is he SEC worthy. Wish him well at wherever he ends up.

Robertson is one of those players who makes the game look easy. He high points as a wr. As a rb it doesn't even look like he's running hard yet he leaves defenders in his wake.
On defense he has instincts in spades. Badger is the most instinctive player I've ever seen on the college level and I've been watching football since the late 60's. Robertson has that.
Star rankings have misses every year. Robertson is the biggest snafu for 2017.
