I agree with that, even though in the end we wound up with probably the best result, the search could have been conducted in a more professional manner.,

it's just the nature of coaching. Happens to the best but the best can deal with it. We will see. Was Miles downfall,. Seems O has made all the right choices so far. Seems to have a knack for it which, along with recruiting and motivating, are the most important aspects of being a head coach.

If you are sucessful, it means your DC & OC have been also...so they get HC offers...look @ Saban, how many OC & DC has he been thru...
