Based on the repeated violations of the No Fly zones, as well as the refusal to comply with previous SC resolutions stemming from the First Gulf War, GWB already had the legal basis to attack Iraq.

Of course there is the case of destruction of government records where the number of counts should be on the order of 20 million.
Then there is the torture issue.
Perhaps we could have issued subpoenas for documents and e-mails related to the financial crisis and bailout.
