Yeah onenof the ubiquiti will easily shoot 1000' as long as you have clear line of sight. Talk with your neighbors and ask around your hood and see if someone wants free internet if you can piggy back off of it.

I go through a pretty thick grove of trees with mine and still get full signal. 900mhz units do pretty good in that regard.

OK it may not be a straight line of sight be a use of the little Valley I live in I'm surrounded by trees. The end My driveway is about 50-75 yards away from my house which is where a straight line would be
